'save' folder is located in \Documents\KONAMI\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018\save

make a backup of yours SYSTEM00000000 and VERSUS00000000 before copy my folder, then after the process replaced mine with your backup

put in the same folder all the 6 parts then extract the archive
Inside it there are two folders , copy the CONTENT of each folders in the right path 
one goes to your Documents/KONAMI/PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018/
and the other one to x:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018\download

Tactics for Serie A , Serie B, Premier League, Championship,Ligue 1, Liga, Liga NOS,Eredivisie, Other Europe & Bundesliga . All those teams are also tweaked with changes of role and abilities
Removed all COM styles (trickster, mazing run and speeding bullet) from the whole database
Jerseys Number of Premiership, Championship and la Liga are properly configured
Fixed brazilian fake name (not the free transfer players)
Added Manager image and fixed names for Premiership, Serie A, Serie B e Liga
